Individual investors must show that they have no prior debts still owing, determined by Transunion and Equifax credit report evaluation.
The purpose is to limit debt-heavy investors that could possibly unstable the financially-sound investor network
No Criminal History
Investors require a criminal check, to ensure that investors do not have prior history of negligence, disregard for common law, and a criminal mindset.

No Outstanding Taxes
It is required to have all your taxes up-to-date with your local government and all the required government-based contribution must be made beforehand.
