Market share is a methodology to take over an entire market in a geographical area(s).
It's simply Digital Real Estate, times 10, times X amount of cities you want to take over.
The purpose is to take up all Prime Real Estate on the first page of the search engine for your rain-maker phrases and keywords that your customers utilize in the search bar to find your products and services.
Effectively corralling all traffic (customers) to your business because you own the entire first page with ten separate Digital Real Estate properties, as most customers do not go to the second page on search engines such as Google.
This is not for everyone, only if you have the ability to provide services across multiple geographical locations or specifically want to take over an entire industry in a given area.
For example, if you offer insurance, and many of your services and products can be done over phone call, video call, email, or through a website, then it would be advisable to have 10 separate properties per city to take up the top spots on Google and capture all inbound traffic.
If you offer haircuts or localized service in a given city, then it is only recommended to take over the one city your located in, not multiple locations as it's not feasible to expect customers to cross from one city to another city to walk-in through your doors.

First off, to become an investor it requires an extensive pre-check / background-check before we accept investors. We want to ensure that our investors mesh well together and that we're all striving towards the same goal: which is to gain wealth to give back to our communities, our families, and projects that we care about - such as food and water infrastructure, residential projects that provide rent-to-own deals, and other pertinent areas to boost quality of life.

We operate through cryptocurrency for our pay-in and pay-out, specifically Nano.
Nano is an entirely decentralized, fully distributed at 133 million coins, fee-less, eco-friendly (does not require large amounts of energy to operate), and fast (transfers occur in seconds).
It is about as close you can get to the Gold Standard, that our fiat currency such as CAD and Greenback Dollar (US) used to be back by. However, now-a-days, our monetary system is no longer linked to Gold (commodities) and only backed by the good faith of it's citizens toward the government that is printing the currency.
To protect ourselves from inflation and to have a store of value that will increase over-time, Nano is our go-to currency, and the payout structure will occur every quarter - 3 month intervals.
We operate on units, and one unit is $10,000, multiplied by the number of units that you own, equals to the amount of pay-out that you receive for that quarter.
The amount of Nano that you will receive will be linked to the amount of inbound cashflow toward Educo Media, as we rent out properties to businesses, only 25% of the inbound cashflow will be allocated for investors.
The remaining 75% will be in Educo Media's prosperity chest and distributed as Educo Media sees fit, and we have no problem informing you as an investor where the distribution is occurring for full-transparency of Educo Media's dealings.

In order to Become a Developer, you must first think like one, this is not for the faint of heart. There is work, time, and consistency that is required to be successful in the world of Digital Real Estate development.
You also need the ability to put your ego at the door, listen, learn, and apply the training into real world actionable effort. If you think you know everything and are unwilling to ask questions, bounce ideas off of other students and trainers, or expect success to happen without work, this is not for you.
We want you to be successful, there is a methodology to the madness and it's been fine-tuned over years, and we would love to have you join us when you're ready to take the step!
Upon purchase of the Developer training, we will send you an email with your login information to the portal, inside the portal there will be a series of information at your fingertips. Including access to the Educo Network, which you will also be invited too, and access to apply for the Educo App to begin building your first development on.
Once accepted to build on the Educo App, there will be another training portal to give you the ins-and-outs of how to operate the software and any technical questions you may have.

For a standard 7 page property (home, 3 services, about, contact, and hidden thank you page) will be in the range between $5,000 USD and $15,000 USD, depending on the industry and levels of competition that is found through our Due Diligence process.
This includes the backlinks, citations, and other pertinent skills to rank the property, roughly a 3 month service overall, front-to-back - you own the property after we are done and the only cost with us is the $97 a month, single account with the Educo App to maintain the property.
For one city, with 10 different properties, you will be looking in the range of $50,000 USD to $150,000 USD, depending on our research through the Due Diligence process.
Typically, most businesses that are highly liquid and have the means to invest in Market Share generally like to take over multiple cities at once, for a higher impact and greater chance to get a quicker return with 10+ properties in development at once.
Again, it's dependent on your specific goals, industry, and your means to get there.
The investment per unit is $10,000 USD, and only in unit-increments, payable through Nano.
We offer a scaling price, first 100 people is $300 USD, 101-200 people is $400; all the way up to 1000 people, once 1000 people have joined, the training program will rest at $10,000 USD.
Perfect if you only want to utilize the Educo App for your own business, it is $97 USD per month.

Educo Media was purely created out of need.
After extensive research into the real estate market as a vehicle to create true and lasting wealth, we've realized that there is an online equivalent.
We searched to find a company that dealt in Digital Real Estate to get our feet wet, only to discover that one does not exist.
That day in march 2018, Educo Media was born.
Our Start - March 2018
We got into contact with local realtors and into a partnership with the Jarock Real Estate Group, where we built out niche and high priced websites, landing pages, and house walkthrough videos. This naturally transformed into many, many referrals looking for the same prime Digital Real Estate on the web.
Fast forward a few months, generating hundreds of leads and closing over $2M in housing deals from our process, we shifted from solely working as a high-priced freelancer, into a proper agency. We've never had a need to setup shop online as our entire sales process comes from referrals.
However, we shifted our game plan in the new year.
2019
Realizing the power of Digital Real Estate, we shifted entirely to ownership of land in Canada specifically.
No longer working for clients on a per-basis and exiting out of the Global market for the Canadian market only. We built out the websites, landing pages, and other Digital Properties first and rented out the results that come inbound to clients.
Effectively reversing the order of business!
Even with this new model, we still did not need an online presence for the sole reason that we owned the property. The results speak for themselves when Canadian businesses are receiving high quality customers via phone calls, emails, and form submissions.
Questions go out the window when the customer is already in their face.
We rented out each of our properties on a monthly basis to have the privilege of having us redirect the inquiries to them! Throughout the process, we built an internal marketing engine and a mobile app to pair that we aptly call Educo App.
It was business as usual until 2020.
Global Events Hit
Quite honestly, we could have continued business as normal and would have been perfectly fine.
But... Canadian's are hurting.
So, we took the time to build out our own website (first time!) and offered our service to Canadian businesses. Opening the floodgates to any business that needs help to capture market share during a Global recession.
There is much uncertainty and our goal is to mitigate and shift the landscape of business as we know it.
Canadian's and Canada as a whole will come out on top, and we're excited to lead the way.
